§ Sir Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he expects his Department to complete planning of the section of the Mallaig road which runs into the village; and when the construction will be finished.
§ Mr. AncramI expect the statutory and design procedures to be completed in time for an autumn 1986 start, provided that funds are available. Construction should take approximately two years.
