§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Health and Social Security (Baroness Trumpington)I understand that as at 4th March adjudication officers in every local office in mainland Britain have declared that the weather has been exceptionally severe in their area. Only Lerwick (Shetland) has not yet made such a declaration. Information on the local temperatures is not available.
