§ The Prime MinisterOur arrangements for securing the surrender from Israel of a fugitive criminal charged with or convicted of certain serious offences in this country are governed by the extradition treaty of 1960. I understand that the West Yorkshire police are looking into certain allegations made against Mr. Ross, but that they are not yet in a position to submit a report on the case to the Director of Public Prosecutions for the purpose of obtaining his instructions in the matter.
