§ Mr. LeeWhilst no option in the review of section 10 of the Crown Proceedings Act 1947 has yet been closed, attempts over the years to distinguish between activities with a military character and those which are essentially civil in nature have always foundered because of the discrimination it would create between different categories of service men and because it would create more anomalies than it would remove.
