Further to their reply to Lord Campbell of Croy on 14th January 1986 (col. 957), what will be the cancellation charges and other penalties payable by the Central Electricity Generating Board in the event of a pressurised water reactor not being selected as proposed for Sizewell B.

The Central Electricity Generating Board advise that specific cancellation charges and other penalties would be of the order of £10 million.
