§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThis valuable scheme for disabled people is not due to expire. Its current conditions were brought in with parliamentary approval during 1983 to tackle some damaging abuses that had crept in. We are about to review with local authorities and others concerned how the scheme has been working since then.
