§ Sir Keith JosephIn reviewing representation on the teachers' panel of the Burnham primary and secondary committee I, like my predecessors, take account of the numbers in membership of the teacher associations and the nature of their membership. The teachers' panel was recently reconstituted to reflect the membership of the unions as at 31 December 1984 (the latest date for which figures are available for all associations).
