§ Mr. Mark RobinsonThe Welsh water authority is currently under a statutory duty, and takes all appropriate precautions, to supply wholesome water. That duty will continue, as is indicated in paragraph 66 of Cmnd. 9734 — "Privatisation of the Water Authorities in England and Wales."
