§ Mr. O'Brienasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he has assessed the costs of the transfer of his Department's finance department including the contracts organisation from Leeds to Glasgow in the form of (a) loss of jobs, (b) transfer of office and (c) loss of efficiency, and so on.
