§ Mr. Michael SpicerBritish Airways informed my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State of its intention to dispose of British Airways Helicopters Ltd. on 2 May 1985. The Secretary of State indicated that he was, in principle, content for this to happen on 10 May 1985.
