§ Mr. DunnThe statutory requirements for the provisions of playing fields at sixth form colleges are set out in regulation 6 and schedule 3 of the Education (School Premises) Regulations 1981 (S.I. 909). The regulations do not apply to tertiary colleges but my Department's building bulletin 28 "Playing Fields and Hard Surface Areas" (a copy of which is in the Library of the House) contains advice relevant to provision for the 16 to 19 age group.
