§ Mr. FreemanA secure vehicle compound and training facility has recently been constructed at Albemarle barracks, Ouston. Also, for safety reasons, asbestos cladding was recently removed from the walls of a bunker which was constructed in the late 1930s and which is used as the tactical area of responsibility headquarters, Northumbria within No. 2 home defence region. The total cost of both projects is about £283,000.
