§ Mr. Peter BottomleyYes. I have received requests from a number of local authorities in central London to adjust the boundaries of the clamping area. I propose to lay orders before Parliament shortly to designate further parts of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster, part of Camden, and the City of London for wheelclamping. At the same time I propose to lift the time limit on the existing clamping order.
