§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe have carried out a survey of the traffic implications of adding north-facing slip roads. We are considering the results in the light of the environmental consequences and will make an announcement in due course. If we decide to go ahead with proposals, they will be subject to the normal statutory procedures.
