§ Mr. Rowlandsasked the Secretary of State for Energy what his Department's estimate is of the number of barrels of oil delivered to date to Shell and BP as agents of the Government under the arrangements agreed with the Saudi Arabian Government for the sale of aircraft to Saudi Arabia by British Aerospace; what is the estimated value of the oil delivered; and what is the estimated amount of oil and the value to be delivered under those arrangements.
