§ Mr. Lee[pursuant to his reply, 23 June 1986, c. 28]: The upgrading of Royal Naval and Royal Air Force communications is a continuous process and covers a wide variety of systems. Information is not, however, available in the form in which it has been requested, and could be provided only at disproportionate cost and effort.
