§ Mr. Stanbrookasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will list the countries which have been designated as parties to the European convention on the suppression of terrorism under section 8 of the Suppression of Terrorism Act 1978, with the dates on which each country ratified the convention; and what other countries have signed the convention but have not ratified it.
