§ Mr. Tom KingIt would be inappropriate for me to comment on these circumstances as I understand they are among matters that are the subject of an inquiry being carried out at the request of the chief constable of the Royal Ulster Constabulary by a team of detectives from the Greater Manchester constabulary headed by the chief constable of West Yorkshire.
