§ Mr. WhitneyThe Department is considering the Report of the British Medical Association's board of science working party on alternative therapy. Medical practitioners in the National Health Service can offer to use any form of treatment, including alternative therapies, which they consider to be in the interests of their patients and which they feel competent to provide.
