§ Mr. Meadowcroftasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department why Mr. Werner Bruckhausen was extradited from the United Kingdom on 13 June contrary to undertakings given to his representatives by his Department.
§ Mr. HurdThe representations made on Mr. Bruckhausen's behalf on 13 June did not add to the arguments which had already been fully considered. No undertakings were given by officials of this Department to the effect that Mr. Bruckhausen would not be extradited on that date.
