§ Mr. Kirkwoodasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what response he proposes to make to the letter from the chairman of the social services committee of the Association of County Councils dated 3 March written on behalf of the Association of County Councils and a number of national voluntary organisations, drawing his attention to a statemet of principles for the achievement of community care policies, and seeking a meeting.
