§ Mr. FreemanOur review of section 10 of the Crown Proceedings Act is well advanced and, while I cannot set a firm date for its completion, we are getting on with it as quickly as possible. This is a complex and difficult subject and I would not want to prejudge the outcome by making any interim proposals.
