HC Deb 16 June 1986 vol 99 c471W
Mr. McNamara

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what is the number of the standard form completed by members of the Ulster Defence Regiment when questioning persons at road blocks/checkpoints in Northern Ireland; and if he will place copies of the forms in the Library.

Mr. Stanley

There is no standard form to be completed by soldiers of the UDR or the Regular Army when questioning persons at road blocks or check points in Northern Ireland. However, a standard form is issued for use specifically when a search of a vehicle is made, and a copy has been placed in the Library.
