§ Mr. Speedasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the current plans for the provision of motorway service areas on the M20 motorway.
§ Mr. Peter Bottomley[pursuant to the reply, 23 May 1986, c. 341]: I have today announced the selection of sites for motorway service areas on the M20 at Hollingbourne to the east of Maidstone and at Westenhanger at junction 465W 11. In addition, my predecessor agreed to a proposal for a service area at West Kingsdown, which is one of the subjects of a current planning inquiry.
