the decision adopted by Ministers, meeting in the framework of European political co-operation, on the occasion of the Single European Act".The text of this decision was deposited in the Library of the House on 25 April. It was also annexed to the FCO memorandum for the Foreign Affairs Committee on the Single European Act (FCO/FAC/10/86) of 23 April and is published on pages 44 to 47 of the minutes of evidence taken on 7 May 1986 by the Committee. The decision adopted by the Ministers of the member states of the EC meeting in political co-operation sets out procedures for the practical application of certain aspects of title III of the Single European Act. It does not form part of the Single European Act and has not been registered under article 102 of the United Nations charter as an international agreement.
