Friend the Member for Nuneaton (Mr. Stevens) today, improved energy efficiency in industrial and commercial buildings alone could save £800 million a year. Office buildings with poor energy efficiency are using four times as much fuel as similar well-managed buildings. It is essential that we put an end to this scandalous waste.
