§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what discussions have taken place within the Economic and Financial Council of the European Economic Communities on, and what is the policy of Her Majesty's Governmen towards, the harmonisation of income taxation provision with respect to freedom of movement for workers within the Community; and if he will take steps to publicise these proposals in the United Kingdom.
