§ Mr. MellorMy right hon. Friend has been considering the material submitted to him following the "World in Action" programme on 28 October last year. He has now received a copy of a book about the case, which is to be published shortly. My right hon. Friend will need to consider whether it provides any further material or evidence which would affect his decision on whether or not he would be justified in referring the case to the Court of Appeal.
