§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether any British public 340W sector employees, including members of Her Majesty's forces, or any person acting on their behalf, entered the apartment in an official capacity in Sabinillas, Spain, of the late Petty Officer John Anthony Black, Royal Navy, between 24 and 27 December 1983; and whether this issue was raised with the Spanish authorities in the recent Note Verbale.
