§ Mr. Deakinsasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to the answer of 9 June, Official Report, column 76, whether the figures given for the rate of exchange for the ecu to the United States dollar referred to the budget approved by the Council or to that approved by the Assembly; and if he will also give the appropriate figure for whichever of the budgets his original answer did not cover.
