§ Mr. Luce[pursuant to his reply, 11 June 1986, c. 197]: No. The review was undertaken by the Arts 326W Council and decisions on publication rest with it. The Council has already published the decisions that underlie the reorganisation which is currently in progress, and which incorporates a structure more suited to its present requirements.
