§ Mr. NewtonQuestions of individual entitlement to benefit are determined by the independent adjudicating authorities. However, I understand that the Chief Adjudication Officer's guidance would be that Whitsun leavers who have attended school full-time after Easter will not be entitled to Supplementary Benefit.
