§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) what guidance he is giving to the London residuary body in respect of transfers from the Greater London council mortgage account to private sector companies;
(2) if he will itemise the subjects covered by instructions, directives and guidance issued by his Department to each residuary body since abolition of the Greater London council and metropolitan county councils;
(3) if he will give his current estimate of the number of ex-Greater London council staff who have still not received full payment of outstanding moneys from the London residuary body;
(4) if he has given any guidance to the London residuary body in respect of the disposal or future use of County Hall;
310W(5) pursuant to his reply of 27 March, Official Report, column 621, if it is his intention that the transfer of Greater London council seaside and country homes to a housing association will be made without charge.

§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will give an indicative figure of meetings between (a) officials and (b) Ministers with the London residuary body since abolition of the Greater London council.
§ Sir George YoungSince 1 April last, there have been three formal meetings between Ministers of this Department and members of the London residuary body; and about 20 meetings between officials of the Department and those of the London residuary body.
