§ Mr. WhitneyThe vast majority of the report's recommendations are for action which can be taken at local level to improve the co-ordination and effectiveness of existing services, and to that extent have no specific revenue implications for Health and Social Services authorities. No specific additions are proposed to the extra resources available from central cash allocations and cost improvement programmes.
