asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will re-estimate the financial position of Belfast Gas at present in view of the drop in oil and naphtha prices.

No. It is a matter for Belfast city council, which last year decided to close the gas undertaking because it was not viable in the absence of ongoing subsidy.
