§ Mr. WhitneyWe are now studying the two reports we commissioned on the role and funding of the Tavistock and Portman clinics together with the results of consultation on their findings. Both reports made a number of important recommendations and I have arranged for copies to be placed in the Library. The uncertainty surrounding the future and funding of both clinics is longstanding. We are acting to try to bring that uncertainty to an end. We will announce our conclusions as soon as possible.
