§ Mr. RentonWe have received reports from various sources about Irina Ratushinskaya's condition. We have made clear to the Soviet authorities our serious concern about her deteriorating state of health. I understand that her case was also raised during the recent visit to the Soviet Union by a delegation of the British Group of the Inter-Parliamentary Union led by my right hon. and noble Friend the Lord President of the Council.
