§ Mr. EggarUnder the Brussels agreement of November 1984, the British and Spanish Governments agreed to discuss all their differences over Gibraltar. These discussions take place regularly at ministerial and official level. My right hon. and learned Friend last saw his Spanish colleague in the context of the Brussels process in Madrid last December.
