§ Mr. Raynsfordasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what information he has on how many mortgagors (a) with a building society mortgage and (b) with another source of mortgage were estimated to be (i) at least one month in arrears with their mortgage repayments, (ii) at least six months in arrears with their mortgage repayments and (iii) subject to repossession action by the mortgagee in each of the years from 1979 to 1985.
