§ 22. Mr. Maclennanasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what assessment he has made of the likely demand for places at institutions of further and higher education over the next 10 years.
§ Mr. WaldenThe Government are committed to keeping trends in demand for higher education under review. Projections of student numbers were included in the Green Paper "The Development of Higher Education into the 1990s" last May. Revised projections are currently being prepared and we hope to publish them later this summer.
