§ The Prime MinisterAs we have already told the House, Her Majesty's Government have offered whatever help 109W and assistance they can provide to the Soviet Union following the Chernobyl accident. The answer given on the 9 May by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs to the hon. Member for Northampton, North (Mr. Marlow), at column 269, sets out details of the equipment which has been provided to the USSR by the United Kingdom.
