§ Mr. Alan ClarkThe prohibition on the importation of South African gold coins announced by my right hon. and learned Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs on 23 May in column 327 has been implemented by amendment to the open general import licence granted under the Import of Goods (Control) Order 1954.
