§ Mr. Malinsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for reports from the chief constables concerned about the number of people connected with the peace convoy who have been arrested under section 25(1) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThe chief constables of Avon and Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire have informed me that of those people connected with the peace convoy who were arrested from 17 May to 5 June, 26 were arrested under section 25(1) of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
