asked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) how many young people in each parliamentary constituency in Wales are currently engaged on Manpower Services Commission/YTS schemes;

(2) how many people in each parliamentary constituency in Wales are at present engaged on Manpower Services Commission schemes.
