asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will give details of the reasons why it was necessary to erect a communications mast in the grounds of Dover castle; and if he will make a statement.

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given to his question on 25 February at column 486. The mast was provided for the former communications centre.
