§ Mr. FreemanYes. A copy of the report has today been placed in the Library. The steering group provides a valuable forum for the discussion of contentious issues relating to the military use of Dartmoor. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment and I are grateful to the members of the steering group and particularly its chairman, Sir Peter Stallard, for their efforts to reconcile the various conflicting interests.
