§ 14. Mr. Neil Hamiltonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he plans any change in Government support for small firms in Northern Ireland, following the recent launch of a loan fund for small firms by Shell United Kingdom.
§ Dr. BoysonI commend the initiative of Shell United Kingdom, in arranging for these funds to be made available. The provision of 18 per cent. of total fund to Northern Ireland — a total of £90,000 — is a vote of confidence in the Province and in the enterprise of its young people. I have no immediate plans for adding to the existing comprehensive range of support for small firms in the Province.
