§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Government have considered the cost implications of the recommendations made by the Law Commission in its report on illegitimacy. If and when the Family Law Reform Bill appended to that report is enacted, the cost implications will have to be considered again when determining the dates on which the provisions of the Bill should be brought into effect.
