§ Mr. HurdBoth between 15 July 1948 and 17 April 1977 and since 1 October 1983 Mr. Harvey's duties have been to give legal advice, to assist in the preparation of legislation and to draft subordinate legislation, on a range of topics arising from my Department's responsibilities.
