§ Mr. Tebbit[pursuant to his reply, 19 May 1986, c. 55]: The figures requested are in the schedule. These do not include the figures for Halton justices. As these serve on the Cheshire cornmission of the peace, the ministerial responsibility for these falls to my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor.
